On the other side candidates edit their profiles by adding skills, languages, location, preferences...
Then bevopr's homemade algorithm compares your job offer to our candidates' database and calculate a percentage of affinity with each one.
Below, you can find a card of a candidate, our algorithm define 3 levels which give a score to each candidate :
Green : exactly what you asked
Yellow : Skills lower than what you asked
Red : Missing skills
Nota Bene : Missing a "Key-Skill" will automatically delete a candidate from the results.
Finally, we rank the results from highest to lowest score.
